Au Pair Holiday Meeting

Our au pair group and Jody’s group had a great holiday meeting on Sunday, and we were joined by my daughter’s Girl Scout troop.  The au pairs talked about how they celebrate the holidays back home, and they brought some great traditional foods from their countries!  The Girl Scouts talked about the International event they will be hosting, together with the au pairs, for Junior Girl Scout troops in the Abington area in February 2011.  We welcomed some new au pairs, including Rocio, who recently arrived from Mexico, and we said farewell to Isabel, who will be returning to Brazil next week.  Thanks to Hyangsun for the photograph — I thought my camera was working, but it did not save any of my pictures!

Next month, ice skating!
